Who sent it

I founded Crezio. I write these emails and I read the replies. There is no team behind the “we” because there is no we yet.

Where your address came from

From the contact field on your own public creator profile — the one you filled in when you switched to a professional or business account, and that the platform publishes on your behalf. I reach it through a creator data provider that licenses that information.

I did not guess it, take it from your DMs, or buy a leaked list. If you would rather it were not in a provider’s index at all, that is a request to make to them and to the platform, and I will tell you who to write to if you ask.

To be removed from my list: reply and say so — remove is enough, and so is anything else that means it. I read the replies myself. If your mail app offers an unsubscribe option on the message, that works too. You do not have to explain, and I will not ask. What we hold, and for how long.

What the email said, and why the numbers are yours

I measured your recent public posts against a published benchmark before writing to you. Those numbers came from data anyone can see on your profile. You can check them yourself in a couple of minutes — that is the point of leading with them.

If a number looks wrong, reply and tell me. I would rather fix it than defend it.

What the free report is

Every post you have published, analysed against your own history rather than against other creators — what your best posts had in common, and what to make next. One per creator. No payment. No card.

What connecting an account does, and does not do

The full report needs your posting history, so it needs a connection.

The platform runs that permission screen, not Crezio. It lists exactly what is being granted, and you can decline any part of it. What Crezio asks for is the ability to read posts you have already published.

One thing worth knowing before you see it: the connection itself is handled by Zernio, the vendor Crezio uses to talk to the platforms, so the name on that screen may be theirs rather than mine. That is expected, and I would rather you read it here than meet it there.

The grant the report needs cannot post, message, follow, unfollow, edit or delete anything — not because I promise that, but because those permissions are not requested for it. If the screen you see asks for more than reading posts you have already published, close it and email me.

Publishing and message automation are separate permissions, and they belong to the paid product rather than to the report. They are asked for only if you join the beta and switch those features on, on a screen of your own, later. The privacy notice sets out what each one collects.

The connection ends on its own after the sync. You can also remove it yourself at any time:

• TikTok: Settings → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions
• Instagram: Settings → Accounts Centre → Apps and websites

What I will never ask you for

If any message claiming to be from Crezio does one of these, it is not from me. Forward it to hello@crezio.ai and I will say so publicly.

The beta

Running the report is also your application to the private beta. It is 500 seats and I am filling it by hand.

During the beta there is no plan fee: your first connected account is included, and each account after that is $1 a month — so one account totals $0. A card is required to start the beta, even at $0. It runs 3 months and then moves to the Crezio plan at $15 a month plus per-account pricing. The report needs no card; the beta does. I would rather you knew that here than found it at the checkout — the whole ladder is published, and the terms say the same thing.
