The deal, stated.

Who you are contracting with

Crezio (“Crezio”, “we”). By creating an account, running a report, or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The service

Analytics, content scheduling and message automation for social accounts you connect. We analyse the posts you have already published and give you back a report about them.

Your account

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, give us accurate information, and keep your access key secret. The key is shown to you exactly once — that is how the product behaves, so it is what these terms say rather than implying a recovery we do not offer. If you lose it there is a recovery route at crezio.ai/recover, which sends a new key to the address already on the account and to no other.

Your content, and your platform accounts

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to process, store and analyse what you connect, and to publish what you instruct us to publish. That licence ends when you disconnect or close the account.

You are responsible for having the right to connect each account and to publish what you schedule through it, and for complying with each platform’s own terms. We cannot and do not check that for you.

What we depend on, stated honestly

Crezio is built on top of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and on third-party vendors. Your connection to a platform is held by our platform vendor, Zernio, rather than by Crezio directly — which is why the permission screen you see may carry their name. What each of those parties receives is set out in the privacy notice.

Any platform can change, restrict or withdraw a feature without notice, and when that happens the corresponding Crezio feature changes with it. That is outside our control and we will not pretend otherwise by guaranteeing availability we cannot hold.

The beta, and what it becomes

Read this section even if you skip the rest. The beta is invite-gated: running a report is how you apply, and there are 500 places.

• It runs for 3 months from the day it starts. It is a fixed term, not an open-ended rate, and there is no arrangement that holds a beta price permanently.
• During those 3 months there is no plan fee. Your first connected account is included and each account after that is $1 per month, so one account totals $0 and DM contacts are unlimited.
• A payment card is required to start the beta, even at $0. We hold it so the account can continue without an interruption when the term ends.
• When the 3 months end, the account moves to the Crezio plan and the card on file is charged for it — $15 per month plus per-account pricing, on the ladder published at crezio.ai/pricing, which steps down to $4 per account at volume.
• You can cancel at any point before that, in the product, and you will not be charged.

The free report is a separate thing and it needs no card at all. Nothing in this section applies to it.

Pricing and billing

Charged per connected account, in graduated bands, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Graduated means crossing into a cheaper band does not reprice the accounts already sitting in a dearer one — the worked example is on the pricing page, and those figures and these come from the same place.

DM contacts are unlimited during the beta. On the Crezio plan you get 500 of them per connected account per month, pooled across your workspace, and $0.02 per contact beyond the pool.

Cancelling

You can cancel yourself, in the product, at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a part-used month, and we do not charge a fee for leaving.

If something went wrong on our side — a charge you did not authorise, a month the service did not work — write to hello@crezio.ai and we will put it right. Statutory refund rights where you live are not affected by anything on this page.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful content, and nothing that breaks a platform’s own terms.
• No attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent the service.
• No reselling or sublicensing access.
• Message automation is yours to configure and yours to answer for: you are responsible for having a basis to message the people you message, and for honouring their requests to stop.

What we promise, and what we do not

The product is measurement, so we will not hide behind a blanket disclaimer of it. We analyse real data from your own account and we correct errors when you show us one. What we do not promise is an outcome — a report describes what your posts did; it cannot guarantee what the next one will do, and nothing here is advice you are obliged to follow.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We can end or suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that we are required to act on, and we will tell you why when we are allowed to. What happens to your data afterwards is set out under how long we keep it.

Changes

We will give you notice before a material change takes effect, and always before a price change that affects you. The date at the top of this page moves whenever the words do.
