Connecting Your Accounts

Privacy & permissions

What Crezio can and can't see — and where your data lives.

Connecting your social account to anything deserves a straight answer about what's being shared. Here it is, in full.

What Crezio analyzes

Exactly one category of data: your public posts and their public stats.

  • The videos you've published — so they can be transcribed and scored.
  • Their public performance numbers — views, likes, comments, saves.
  • Public profile basics — your handle and audience size, so your performance score can be sized to your audience.

That's the complete list. If a stranger couldn't see it on your profile, Crezio doesn't analyze it.

What Crezio can never see or do

  • Your password. When you connect via Crezio Sync, you log in on your platform's own page. Your credentials go to them, never to us.
  • Your DMs — or anything else private on your account.
  • Posting on your behalf. The connection is read-only. Crezio analyzes; it never publishes, comments, likes, or changes anything on your account.
  • Your drafts or private/unlisted content. Public posts only.

Where your data lives

Your analysis — the transcripts, scores, and your report — stays in your workspace, behind your access key. It isn't shared with other creators, and it isn't posted anywhere.

One nuance worth naming honestly: the "How you stack up" benchmark compares your engagement rate against your category — a category-level reference, not a feed of other individual creators' data. Nobody sees your numbers, and you don't see anyone else's.

Contributing to your niche's model

Your connected account contributes to the model for your niche, and what it contributes is patterns, never posts.

A pattern is a relationship between how something was made and how it performed: hook type, format, structure, length, posting window. Those relationships are pooled at the category level across many accounts. Your videos, your transcripts, your numbers and your report stay in your workspace, exactly as described above — nothing you published is reproduced, quoted, or shown to another creator.

You receive the same model back. A category built from a wider sample is what gives "How you stack up" something to measure you against, and it is why recommendations sharpen as your niche fills in.

Contributing is on by default, and you can turn it off. Ask and it's switched off for your workspace — reply to your invite, the same way you'd request a disconnection below. Your own analysis and report are unaffected either way.

About Crezio Sync

Crezio Sync is the secure connection layer Crezio uses to link your account. It exists so you never have to hand Crezio your login: you authorize on the platform's side, the platform grants read-only access, and you can revoke that access from your platform's own settings at any time — the same way you'd disconnect any app.

Disconnecting

  • Switching platforms? Connecting a new one replaces the connection on file — see Which platform should I connect?
  • Want a connection removed or your data deleted? Reply to your invite — a real person will handle it promptly.

The one-line version

We only analyze your public posts. We never post, never see your password, and your data stays in your workspace.
