Glossary

Every Crezio term in plain English — from access key to winning formula.

The words you'll see across Crezio, defined simply. Most link out to a fuller explanation.

Creator Intelligence — Your report: what's working across your posts, and what to make next. The core thing Crezio gives you. See Reading your report.

Access key (pk_…) — Your one-time sign-in key. Treat it like a password; it's stored only in your browser. See Your access key & signing in.

Workspace / account — Your workspace is your space in Crezio; an account is a single social channel being analyzed. Open one from Accounts.

Connect Analytics — The button that links your social account so Crezio can analyze your public posts. Once connected, it becomes Intelligence and takes you to your report.

Crezio Sync — Crezio's secure connection that authorizes read-only access to your public content. It's how you link a platform — like connecting any app, and it never sees your password. See Connecting via Crezio Sync.

Content DNA — The "nutrition label" of every video — its hook, tone, angle, call-to-action, and more — so Crezio learns which kinds of content win for you, not just which individual videos did. See What is Content DNA?.

Hook — Your opening move, the first few seconds. Types include stat-shock, question, story, how-to, myth-bust, and before-after. See Hook types.

Hook fatigue — When a once-winning hook starts losing steam from overuse. Crezio flags it so you can rest it before it drags your reach down. See Winning hooks & hook fatigue.

Save rate — Saves ÷ views — the strongest "I'll come back to this" signal a viewer can send, and the heaviest ingredient in your score.

Performance score — A 0–100 read on your overall engagement, relative to your own audience size. See Your performance score.

Winning formula — The one-sentence summary of your best-performing Content DNA ("your winners speak in X, with a Y"). Built from your own winners, not a template.

Engagement lift — How much better you're doing after Crezio versus your own "before" baseline, reported honestly. See Engagement lift.

Benchmark / "How you stack up" — Your save rate compared against your category — the category average and its top performers — not against specific other creators.

Seeded from onboarding / cold start — An early, thin report built from your history at first. It fills in richer as more of your content flows through.
