Connecting via Crezio Sync
How the secure Crezio Sync pop-up links your social account so Crezio can analyze your public posts.
Crezio Sync is Crezio's secure connection — the bridge that authorizes read-only access to your public content so the analysis can run. Connecting takes about a minute, works like connecting any app to any other, and you only do it once.
Before you start
Two quick decisions, both easy:
- Which platform? Connect the one where most of your videos live — that's what gets analyzed. See Which platform should I connect? if you're torn.
- Worried about access? The connection is read-only: we only analyze your public posts and their stats, we never post, and we never see your password. The full picture is in Privacy & permissions.
Connecting, step by step
Open your account and click "Connect Analytics"
From your workspace, open Accounts and click your account. In the top-right of the account page you'll see an amber Connect Analytics button — click it.
Click "Connect via Crezio Sync"
You'll land on the connect page. Click Connect via Crezio Sync and a secure pop-up opens.

Pick your platform and authorize
In the pop-up, choose your platform and log in on the platform's own page to authorize access. Your password goes to your platform, not to Crezio — we never see it.
That's it — the analysis starts on its own
The moment you authorize, the connection is made and you're taken to the Processing screen, where Crezio starts analyzing your posts. See What happens during "Processing" for what to expect in the next ~5 minutes.
Good to know
- One platform per account. Connecting a new platform replaces the one on file for that account — it doesn't add a second. Details in Which platform should I connect?
- Once connected, the button changes. The amber Connect Analytics button becomes Intelligence — from then on, it's your shortcut to the report.
- Reconnecting is the same flow. Need to switch platforms or refresh a connection? Click Connect Analytics again and go through the same pop-up.
Pop-up didn't appear? Check your browser's pop-up blocker for this site, then click Connect via Crezio Sync again.
