Connecting via Crezio Sync
How Crezio Sync, our secure connection, links your social account so Crezio can analyze your public posts.
Crezio Sync is Crezio's secure connection — the bridge that authorizes access to your public content so the analysis can run. Connecting takes about a minute, works like connecting any app to any other, and you only do it once.
Before you start
Two quick decisions, both easy:
- Which platform? Connect the one where most of your videos live — that's what gets analyzed. See Which platform should I connect? if you're torn.
- Worried about access? Your free report is read-only: we only analyze your public posts and their stats, posting only happens when you turn it on, and we never see your password. The full picture is in Privacy & permissions.
Connecting, step by step
Click "Connect an account"
Sign in and you land on the Creator Intelligence Report, your report page. Until you've connected, it says Your Creator Intelligence Report starts here with a Connect an account button — click it. (On a paid workspace, open Accounts — from the tab row at the top of Analytics on a computer, or from More on a phone — click your account, and use the Connect Analytics button at the top.)
Pick your platform and click "Connect account"
You'll land on the connect page. Pick the platform you post on, then click Connect account.

Your free report is read-only · we never see your password
Authorize on the platform's own page
You're taken to the platform's own page. Log in there to authorize access. Your password goes to your platform, not to Crezio — we never see it.
That's it — Crezio starts the analysis
Once you've authorized, the connection is made and you're back on the connect page. Connect another platform there, or press See my report to go to your report page, which shows live progress while Crezio analyzes your posts. (On a paid workspace, press Done (or Skip to settings) instead: you land on Account Settings, on the Integrations tab.) See What happens while your report builds for what to expect while it runs.
Good to know
- Adding another platform. Connecting a new platform adds it alongside any you've already connected — it doesn't replace one, and each connected social account is billed separately. Details in Which platform should I connect?
- Where to add one. On your report page, Connect another platform takes you to the connect page: pick the platform, then press Connect another platform there. On the free report it's there until your first report is done; after that, adding platforms is part of the Crezio beta.
- If a connection expires, a bar across the top of the app says so, with a Reconnect button that opens the same flow.
Didn't reach the platform's page, or came back without connecting? Go back to the connect page, pick your platform, and click Connect account again.
