What happens while your report builds
What the analysis is doing, what the progress lines mean, and what to do if it stalls.
The moment you connect your account through Crezio Sync, Crezio gets to work. You're back on the connect page; press See my report to go to your report page, which shows live progress until your first report is ready. (On a paid workspace, Done (or Skip to settings) takes you to Account Settings, on the Integrations tab, instead.) This page explains what's happening in between — so a quiet screen never feels like a broken one.
What Crezio is actually doing
For every post it analyzes, Crezio:
- Pulls the post and its public stats — views, likes, comments, saves.
- Transcribes it, so it knows what you said, not just how the post performed.
- Scores it and builds its Content DNA — the hook, the tone, the angle, the call to action, and more.
That's real work per post, so the page counts posts as they finish — across all your platforms, and then one line per platform:

TikTok: waiting for TikTok to share your posts — this can take a while.
How long it takes
It depends on how much you've posted, and on each platform. The longest wait is usually a platform that hasn't shared your posts with us yet. We don't quote a time, because it varies too much to promise.
You can close the tab
The analysis runs on our side, not in your browser, so closing the tab doesn't stop it. Come back any time — your report page picks up where it is. While you wait, the page links a few sample screens so you can see what Crezio does with your data.
If it stalls
