What happens during "Processing"
Why the analysis takes about five minutes, what the progress bar means, and what to do if it stalls.
The moment you connect your account through Crezio Sync, Crezio gets to work. You're taken to a Processing screen with a live progress bar, and about five minutes later you're looking at your first report. This page explains what's happening in that gap — so a quiet screen never feels like a broken one.
What Crezio is actually doing
For every post it analyzes, Crezio:
- Pulls the video and its public stats — views, likes, comments, saves.
- Transcribes it, so it knows what you said, not just how the post performed.
- Scores it and builds its Content DNA — the hook, the tone, the angle, the call to action, and more.
That's real work per post, which is why this is the one step you can't click through. The progress bar counts posts as they finish:

How long it takes
About five minutes for a typical account. Large YouTube libraries take longer — there's simply more footage to transcribe. A blank-ish minute or two at the start is normal; the bar starts moving once the first posts come back.
Don't refresh or close the tab
As long as you're on the Processing screen, it's working. When the last post finishes, you're taken straight to your report — no clicking required.
If it stalls
Occasionally the fetch hiccups before it gets going. If the screen says the job "hasn't started," a Retry Analysis button appears right on that screen — click it once and the analysis kicks off again. There's a fuller walkthrough in The analysis is slow, stuck, or "hasn't started".
Closed the tab and came back to "No report yet"? The analysis may still be finishing in the background — see "No report yet" after I came back.
