Your access key & signing in
What your access key is, how to sign in with it, and what to do if you switch devices or lose it.
Your access key is a one-time key that looks like pk_a1b2c3…. It arrived with your invite, and it's the only credential you need — no username, no password to set, no verification loop. Paste it once and you're in.
What the key is
Think of it as a password that was generated for you. A few things worth knowing:
- It's yours alone. The key opens your workspace — treat it like a password and don't share it or post it anywhere public.
- It's stored only in this browser. After you sign in, this browser remembers the key on this device. You won't be asked for it again here.
- It's replaceable in seconds. If it's ever lost or exposed, we revoke it and issue a fresh one — the old key stops working immediately.
Signing in
- Open your sign-in link (it came in the same invite as your key).
- A sign-in card appears with a single field.
- Paste your access key and hit Sign In.

Paste the whole key, with no spaces
The most common sign-in hiccup is a copy that grabbed a stray space before or after the key, or missed the pk_ at the start. Select the full key and paste it clean. More fixes in "Invalid key" when signing in.
Switching devices or browsers
Because the key lives only in the browser you signed in with, a new laptop, a different browser, or a private window won't know you. That's expected — open your sign-in link there and paste the key again. Keep the invite email handy and you can sign in anywhere, anytime.
Lost your key?
Reply to your invite and we'll re-issue one — keys can be revoked and replaced in seconds, and a real person handles it, so you'll be unblocked fast.
