From your access key to your first Creator Intelligence Report — all clicks, no setup.
Crezio analyzes the videos you've already posted and hands back a clear picture of what's working — your strongest hooks, your top and bottom posts, and what's actually earning saves. This guide walks you from your access key to that report. Most of it is Crezio doing the analysis.
What you'll need
Your invite came with two things — have both handy before you start:
Your access key
A one-time key like pk_a1b2c3… — it signs you in. Treat it like a password and don't share it.
Your sign-in link
Opens your workspace in the browser. Bookmark it — it's how you'll get back to your report anytime.
Everything below happens in your browser — nothing to install, and you'll never need to write anything technical.
The five steps
Follow them top to bottom — each one shows you the screen you'll land on, so there are no surprises.
Open your link and paste your key
Click your sign-in link. A sign-in box appears — paste your access key into the field and press Build my report (coming back later, the button says Sign in). That's the only key entry you'll do; your browser remembers it after that.

Click "Connect an account"
You'll land on the Creator Intelligence Report — your report page. Until you've connected, it says Your Creator Intelligence Report starts here, with a Connect an account button. Click it. (On a paid workspace, open Accounts — from the tab row at the top of Analytics on a computer, or from More on a phone — click your account, and use the Connect Analytics button at the top instead.)

Connect an accountConnect the platform you post on
On the connect page, pick your platform, then click Connect account. You're taken to the platform's own page — that's Crezio Sync, our secure connection — where you log in to authorize access to your public content, and then you come straight back. It works like connecting any app.
- Connect the account where most of your videos live — that's what gets analyzed.
- For your free report, we only analyze your public posts and their stats, and we never see your password.

Connect every platform you post on and we'll show you what's already working.
Let it work — this is the part Crezio does
Once you've authorized, you're back on the connect page. Pick another platform and press Connect another platform if you post on more than one, then press See my report to go to your report page. (On a paid workspace, press Done (or Skip to settings) instead: you land on Account Settings, on the Integrations tab.) Until the report is ready, your report page shows live progress: how many posts Crezio found across your platforms, how many it has read, and one line per platform. This is where the real work happens: pulling your posts, transcribing them, and scoring them.

A quiet stretch here is normal — and you can close the tab.
How long it takes depends on how much you've posted and on each platform — a platform that hasn't shared your posts yet is the usual reason for a wait. The analysis runs on our side, so leaving doesn't stop it; your report page picks up where it is when you come back.
Your Creator Intelligence Report
When the analysis finishes, your report page shows your report. It's organized into tabs — Report (the overview), Hooks, Topics, and Growth. Start on Report: your ceiling, your winning formula, how you stack up against your niche, and your top & bottom posts.
Brand-new or only a few posts analyzed? You'll see a Your report is warming up. note — the report fills in richer as more of your content flows through.

If something looks off
The counts haven't moved yet. That's normal for the analysis step — more posts take longer, a platform may not have shared your posts yet, and the work carries on even if you close the tab. (More →)

I closed the tab, came back, and my report isn't there yet. The analysis may still be finishing in the background. Sign in again — you land on your report page, which is also Your Report in the sidebar on a computer, or the Report tab at the bottom of the screen on a phone. "That key didn’t work" when I sign in. Double-check you pasted the whole key with no stray spaces. If it still won't take, reply to your invite and we'll re-issue one. (More →)
