The analysis is slow, stuck, or "hasn't started"
What's normal, what isn't, and when to click Retry Analysis.
The analysis step — the ~5-minute Processing screen — is where Crezio pulls your videos, transcribes them, and scores each one. A little patience here is normal; a true stall has a one-click fix.
"It's been a few minutes and nothing's changed"
That's usually fine. Larger libraries take longer — big YouTube channels especially, since there's more footage to transcribe. As long as you're on the Processing screen, it's working, even during a blank-ish minute or two at the start.
- Keep the tab open — don't refresh or close it.
- The bar moves as posts come back, then takes you straight to your report when it finishes.
"The bar says it hasn't started"
Occasionally the first fetch hiccups before it gets going. When that happens, a Retry Analysis button appears right on the Processing screen.
Click Retry Analysis once
One click re-kicks the analysis. You don't need to sign out, reconnect, or start over — just Retry, then let it run.
