My report isn't there yet after I came back
The analysis may still be finishing in the background — here's where to look.
Closed the tab mid-analysis and came back before your report was ready? Closing the tab doesn't stop the analysis — it runs on our side, not in your browser.
Getting back to your report
The analysis may still be finishing in the background. To check on it:
- Sign in again — you land on your report page. (On a paid workspace you land on Analytics instead.)
- It's also Your Report in the sidebar on a computer, or the Report tab at the bottom of the screen on a phone.
If the report is ready, that's where it'll be.
If your report isn't there yet
If your report isn't there yet, it may still be in progress. It can take longer than usual; see The analysis is slow or seems stuck.
If your report page says Your report didn’t finish., the analysis stopped on our side. Here's what to do — it was nothing to do with your content.
