Crezio

Anti-spam policy · last updated 8 October 2026

No spam, by anyone.

This is Crezio’s policy on unsolicited messages. It applies to us and to anyone who could ever act on our behalf.

The rule

crezio.ai may not be advertised in unsolicited email, text messages, direct messages, comments or any other unsolicited message — not by Crezio, and not by any employee, contractor, partner, affiliate or vendor acting for us. Nobody is authorised to send bulk or unsolicited messages that mention or link to crezio.ai.

What we do send from crezio.ai

  • Replies to messages you sent us.
  • Email you asked for: a report you requested, your access key, account and security notices.
  • Receipts and billing notices for an account you opened.

Our own correspondence is sent through Google Workspace; email the product sends for you, such as a report link or an access key, goes through our transactional email provider. Neither is used to send messages nobody asked for.

What we never do

  • Buy, rent or sell email lists.
  • Send bulk email to people who have not asked to hear from us.
  • Pay or reward anyone for sending messages that promote crezio.ai to people who did not ask for them.
  • Hide who a message is from, or make it hard to stop receiving it.

Outreach to creators

Crezio sometimes writes to individual creators, one person at a time, about their own public posting numbers. Those messages are sent from separate outreach domains, never from or about crezio.ai, and they say who sent them. Reply to any of them and ask us to stop, and we will — within ten business days at the latest, and you do not have to give a reason.

If you received something that breaks this policy

Forward it, with its full headers if you can, to hello@crezio.ai. We will investigate, stop it if it came from anyone connected to us, and end our relationship with anyone who sent it on our behalf.
