Deleting your data.
How to ask us to delete what we hold about you, what goes and what stays, and how to disconnect a Google or Facebook sign-in yourself.
How to ask
Email hello@crezio.ai from the address on your Crezio account, if you have one, with the subject “Delete my data”.
A person reads every request and carries it out. There is no delete button in the product today, and we would rather tell you that than imply one.
If you never had an account — we wrote to you about your public posting numbers, or you commented on a post by a creator who uses Crezio — write to the same address. Give the handle we wrote to, or the one you commented from and, if you can, which post.
What we delete
- The data we hold about you, including your workspace in our analysis service.
- The record of your original report request: your email address and the answers you gave on the form.
- If you signed in with Google or Facebook: the name, email address, profile picture and account identifier that sign-in gave us, the session records your sign-ins created, and the link between your sign-in and your workspace.
- If you commented on a creator’s post: our records of your comment and of the message sent to you, which we delete or de-identify.
If you asked for a free report and never connected an account, that workspace is deleted automatically after 14 days anyway, so you do not need to ask for that part.
What we keep, and why
- Invoices, and the other records the law requires us to keep after an account closes.
- If we wrote to you and you asked us to stop: your email address on our suppression list, and nothing else. Deleting it is how you would end up being written to again.
- Visits to a link in a creator’s message: de-identified rather than deleted, with the browser information removed. A link already sent keeps working, but nothing in it points to you any more.
- What others already hold: what a creator’s own site or tools recorded, and what you granted to a platform, are theirs, and we cannot remove them. For a creator’s copies, ask the creator.
Disconnecting Google or Facebook yourself
If you signed in to Crezio with Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Crezio and remove it. With Google, go to your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, find Crezio and delete the connection.
That withdraws the permission you gave Crezio, so the account cannot sign you in to Crezio again unless you give it again. It does not sign out a browser that is already signed in; sign out in Crezio for that. Nor does it delete what we already hold; for that, email us as above. A platform you connected for analysis or publishing can also be removed inside the product at any time, which stops further collection from it.
How long it takes
We will confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days of your request.
The rest of it
The privacy notice has everything we hold and why, and your other rights. Questions go to hello@crezio.ai.
