Connecting takes about a minute, and you do it a single time. What happens afterwards is the part worth understanding: every post you publish becomes evidence in the next read, so the thing telling you what to make next is sharper on your tenth post than it was on your first.
The connection
What “connect once” actually does
It is the same handshake you have used to connect any app to any other, with one deliberate limit: it only reads.
You authorize on the platform’s own page
The sign-in happens on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook — not on ours. Your password goes to your platform and never reaches Crezio, because what we are handed is an authorization, not a credential.
The access is read-only
Crezio reads your public posts and their stats. It does not post on your behalf: publishing is a separate, deliberate act, and you choose what goes out, and when. Connecting analytics and handing over the keys are two different things.
The analysis starts on its own
There is nothing to upload, tag or fill in. The moment you authorize, your back catalogue begins going through the same analysis every future post will — which is why your first read is built from history you already have.
What it reads
Connect the account where most of your videos live
That library is what gets analyzed, so the platform with the deepest back catalogue gives you the richest first read. If you post the same videos everywhere, pick the one where your audience actually engages most — that is where the stats carry the most signal.

- TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Shorts and Reels included. LinkedIn is publish-only — it does not feed the report, and we would rather say so here than have you find out after connecting it.
- One platform per account
- Connecting a new platform replaces the one on file rather than adding a second alongside it. Two platforms read side by side is a second account in your workspace, not a second connection on this one.
- A small library still counts
- Your first read is built from whatever history you have, and it fills in richer as more of your content flows through. Thin history is a reason to connect sooner, not a reason to wait.
The loop
Four stages, and not one of them happens only once
This is where a connection stops being a setup step and starts being the product. Read them as a circle rather than a checklist: the fourth hands back to the first.
It reads
Your public posts, and how each one actually performed. On the first turn that is your back catalogue. On every turn after, it is that plus everything you have published since.
It decodes
Not just which posts won, but what they had in common — the hooks, angles, formats and pacing underneath them. A number tells you a post did well. The decoding is what tells you why.
It recommends
The patterns that earn distribution on your account specifically, turned into a clear answer to what to make next — and each one labelled with the source it came from.
You publish — and it becomes evidence
This is the arrow a scan does not have. What you make from a recommendation flows back through the same analysis as everything else, so the next read already knows whether the last answer worked.
You never reconnect, and you never re-run anything. The connection you made in that first minute is the one still feeding the loop on your hundredth post — which is why the answer gets better without you doing anything to make it better.
Why it matters
Three things a one-off scan cannot do
A scan is dated the day it runs
Your niche moves and your audience moves. The format that earned saves last quarter is the one everybody is tired of this quarter, and a document cannot notice that. A live connection can.
A scan cannot mark its own homework
It has no way of knowing whether the advice it gave you worked, because the post you made from that advice is not something it will ever see. The loop sees it — that is what closing it means.
A scan ends in a report; the loop ends in a next post
One leaves you with something to read and interpret. The other leaves you with something to make, and then reads what happened when you made it.
